A croissant-exclusive bakery that's gathering fame in Hongdae.
Tucked away in a corner, you'd be surprised how well this place does
-- selling only croissants, of all things!
Apparently, it's named after a popular Italian Restaurant in Canada...
Sound familiar, but I don't think I've been.
Open 11AM to 10PM
(although they close when they're out of bread... this can be around 8)
Closed on Sundays
Interior
absolutely love the top-hat lampshade...
Le menu
The menu consists of various teas, juices, and of course -- coffees.
Grapefruit tea & some herbal tea
Cheese croissant
Candied orange croissant
Other croissants that were on display
Overall
The croissants here are absolutely beautiful to look at.
Although they taste good, I must say,
they aren't particularly my style of croissants.
I personally prefer the big, fluffy, and soft in the inside type croissants
that would be found at a boulangerie...
Where as these are more of a snack -- or dessert type.
Quite crispy, and less on the soft and fluffy.
Really indulged on their grapefruit tea though,
felt good with the nasty cold I was having then.
It's a nice little cozy place to visit,
to sip on some tea and snack on some croissants.
