Italian - Jun the Pasta





A nifty little place located in Sinsa-dong garosu-gil.
They serve fresh pasta à la carte as well as a few Table d'hôte menus to choose from.
The head chef, a Culinary Institute of America graduate,
has experience from various fine dinning restaurants.

From the celebrated Thomas Keller's Per Se to
one of my favorite restaurant in Toronto, Susur Lee's Lee.

However this restaurant has a "pop-up" theme unfortunately,
so make haste and pay them a visit -- they're open only till June 2013.









All of their pastas are made fresh,
pulled from a pasta machine on the spot.
No dry pastas!

Overview

Love many things about this restaurant,
the concept, the youth, the energy, and even the pricing.

Their menu is constantly changing thus a close look at
either their facebook page, website -- or visiting often is critical.
Your favorite dish may disappear!

However, the portions are small,
and the food was a bit heavy on the salt for my taste.
I would also hope that the flavours be more pungent as well.
