So a gelato place near Hongdae that offers vegan options
Closer to Sangsu or Hapjung, but walkable from Hongdae station.
Apparently the chef majored in...... uh.... Gelato.
In some Italian culinary school.
Overview
Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the Gelato.
Targeted towards take-out, there isn't much seating available here.
I love Pistachio Gelato, and theirs was reasonable.
The consistency of their gelato was quite good, airless and smooth
However, the gelato ran a bit sweet for my palate
-- perhaps a good change from cafe Ti Amo,
but I think I could live quite well without eating here. Sorry.
