Korean - Myungdong Kyoja

First open doors at 1966,
originally named "Myungdong Kalguksu"
this is one of Korea's most iconic Kalguksu restaurants.
Why Kyoja, not Gyoja I wonder.
Perhaps it's the Korean way of distinguishing it from the Japanese Gyoja?

Anyways, prepare to wait in line if you go during lunch or dinner hours
-- the lines can get very, very long during peak times.

The restaurant is also very busy and crowded,
this isn't an ideal place for a comfortable drawn-out sitting.

The foods they offer are quite limited in variety,
but their two popular dishes are Kalguksu and Mandu.
Beware, their Kimchi is nuclear-level spicy!
(To me, at least...)

Apparently, the noodles are re-fillable!
Although I haven't tried.
